What we collect
We collect what you type into our three forms: the guest pitch, the work-with-us form and the episode email signup. That means your name, email, role and company, and whatever you choose to tell us. We don’t buy data or collect anything from other sites.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to plan episodes and, if you subscribe, to email you when an episode is out. If you record with us, we use your bio and links on your episode page with your approval.
Who sees it
Nathan and Sudha. Submissions go to a private inbox through our hosting provider, and the signup list lives with our email provider. We don’t sell or share it with anyone else.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. That service may receive your IP address and browser signals for the check. We don’t use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep pitches and conversations for as long as they’re useful for the show or the work, and delete them when asked. You can unsubscribe from episode emails with one click in any email.
Asking us to delete it
Send a note through the contact form and say what you’d like removed. One of us will confirm within a week.
